Project Spotlight: WWE Network

This project was part of my Masters Program. I focused on the WWE Network, a streaming service. Over 7 weeks, I analyzed the usability of the platform, identified problem areas, then embarked on a multi-faceted research effort to get direct feedback from users. This all culminated in a comprehensive read-out that told the whole story of my research and provided recommendations for next steps.
